The long-awaited three months break is here. Sounds good? Not to me! Instead of enjoying that well deserved break, I chose to go back for summer classes. As if that's not bad enough, I enrolled for 4 classes (trying to be a heroine)!! It's killing me and I'm dreading every single minute of it but I have 6 more weeks to go! Then, I'm done!
To make matters worse, I got the worst teachers this time! One of them is Dr. X...She's my physics teacher and her English is so rotten because she's from Mexico... In fact, on the first day of class, she even gave up trying to speak English and she wanted to teach in Spanish instead. But of course me & another guy (african american) objected coz we don't speak Spanish! After all, our textbook is in English! How can she even think of teaching it in Spanish??? Here's some examples of her errors:
Smoot=smooth (she still doesn't realize that...)
Laws but she pronounce it as Laos...i'm serious!
Busy as bus-sie....
There's also my philosophy teacher, Ms. I-Know-It-All!!! Also originated from Mexico... Just because she's been to some countries, she assumes that she knows it all! This is one of the mistakes that she did:
"All MAN are dogs." It's supposed to be MEN but when we tell her, she kept on saying that we're all wrong. She claimed that she has seen it in books and heard it being said and written as that. Some people just live in denial. I guess she was too proud to admit her mistake...
Oh well, like I said earlier on, I have 6 more dreadful weeks for this course...Then I can put an end to this misery! hahahaha!
